Mr. Balloney wants to expose the huge cover-up perpetrated by NASA.

Mr. Balloney alleges that due to severe jealousy, NASA is denying the fact the Mr. Balloney has in fact visited Jupiter in March of 1962.

Mr. Balloney stated, "Been there, done that." He goes on further to say, "I would of had pictures, but I forgot to take the lens cover off."
